South Derbyshire CVS: A charity working to improve the quality of life for people in South Derbyshire & beyond by providing services to individuals in need as well as supporting voluntary groups and communities.
- They offer the Home from hospital support which includes shopping for a few weeks, help with key safes, making sure homes are ‘discharge ready’ based on their criteria. Low level support is also available eg. filling out forms, signposting.
- Safer Homes which assists in making sure the home is safe.
