Safeline

Focus: All genders (16+) who have experienced sexual abuse or rape.

Service: They offer a National Telephone and Online Counselling Service specifically for those who cannot access local face-to-face support.

Focus: Boys, men, and non-binary survivors (13+).

Service: National remote counselling, support groups, and a specialised helpline. They are the leading national charity for male-identifying survivors.

One in Four

Focus: Adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) and trauma.

Service: Specialist 1:1 therapy. While London-based, they offer remote access for counselling and psycho-education workshops (sliding scale fees may apply).

These groups help “bridge the gap” and can help patients find specialist therapists with shorter waiting lists.

The Survivors Trust

The largest umbrella agency in the UK. Their website features a “Find Support” tool with a filter for “National Services” to find remote therapy providers.
