Sample Submission:

Patients submitting samples to the practice must adhere to specific guidelines to ensure the samples are correctly identified and handled.  Key points to consider are mentioned on the following document:

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• in your SystmOnline account
• phone or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are

If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out our test results request form and someone will be in touch.

 

ISSUES with Pathology results:

We want to inform our patients that recent issues in the pathology (blood test) reporting systems at Nottingham University Hospitals have led to delays in processing blood test results across the region who use the Nottingham facility. This has placed additional pressure on GP services, including ours.
